This policy explains how Otherhand handles personal data collected through this website. Otherhand is being incorporated in the Netherlands. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
Only the data you enter in our forms. In the quote request form: your organisation, building details, your name, job title, email address, phone number and comments. In the “Join the team” form: your name, email address, the role you are interested in, a link to your profile or CV, and your message. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not run analytics that identify you.
Why we use it
- to reply to your request and prepare a quote;
- to arrange a site visit and, if you wish, a contract;
- to consider your application to join the team.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Who processes it
The website runs on Cloudflare, where submitted forms are stored. New submissions are forwarded to our team via Telegram. Both act as our service providers. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Quote requests: up to 12 months after our last contact, unless the request leads to a contract — in that case, for as long as the law requires. Applications: up to 4 weeks after the position is filled, or up to 12 months if you agree.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
